Service & Fee Outline

Alario Tech prides itself on providing top-notch technical support to everyone.  Just getting the job done is not good enough for our team.  We make sure it's done well, done quickly, and that our clients understand all of their options right from the start.  Alario Tech is always upfront with pricing and there are never minimum fees or trip charges.  With our fair billing practices, we charge for the actual time spent working on your equipment whether it's 5 minutes or 2 hours.

Residential

  o  $150/hr on-site, $100/hr in-shop drop off service. (first come, first served basis)

  o  On-site scheduling Monday thru Friday, 9am-4pm

Commercial/Business Contracts

• Managed service contracts scaled to your needs

• Remote monitoring and system maintenance

• Remote and phone support available
