Service & Fee Outline

 

Alario Tech prides itself on providing top-notch technical support to everyone.  Just getting the job done is not good enough for our team.  We make sure it's done well, done quickly, and that our clients understand all of their options right from the start.  Alario Tech is always upfront with pricing and there are never minimum fees or trip charges.  With our fair billing practices, we charge for the actual time spent working on your equipment whether it's 5 minutes or 2 hours.


Residential

  o  $120/hr on-site, $75/hr in-shop (on a first come, first served basis)

  o  On-site scheduling Monday thru Friday, 9am-4pm

  o  Antivirus subscription available, $36/year ($30/year each for 3+ devices)

  • Support during regular business hours (9am-4pm, M-F)
  • Emergency and after-hours support available, premium rate applies

           

Comprehensive Plan*

  • Initial review of network and inventory of all connected devices
  • Antivirus
  • Remote monitoring & system maintenance
  • Priority remote and phone support
  • Priority shop service
  • Extended hours scheduling (early morning, late afternoon)
  • No premium charge for emergency service 
  • First 3 hours of support per month included
