Owners- Dan & Angela Alario work together to provide prompt and courtesy service to all of their clientele. They pride themselves on their responsiveness to client needs and their ability to efficiently solve even the most perplexing issues.
Dan is a 25 year veteran of the Information Technology trade. He specializes in network engineering, complex system repairs, network security (including PCI & HIPAA compliance), point-of-sale service, and Smart Home technology.
Dan's portfolio includes work for local hotels and service businesses, extensive POS servicing for retail establishments and restaurants, as well as HIPAA compliance for local doctors' offices. He has worked as IT Director for a state wide bank, spent many years managing the complex databases and network infrastructure for a multi-state call center, and was a service technician with FixPC for five years.
Angela's expertise lies in systems integration, accounting information systems, and technology based approaches to business development.
Core areas of focus include: assessment of general information system needs, implementation of accounting information systems, AdWords analysis and implementation, website development, email migrations, software deployment and training.
Angela also offers advice for setting up new businesses (including non-profits) and planning for organizational growth or restructuring. Angela's background includes Public and Non-Profit Accounting. She’s worked as the Director of Finance for nationally and regionally recognized non-profits and continues to offer her knowledge and expertise on a consulting basis for clients in and outside of Vermont.
Senior Technician- Christopher Mattagno has been working in IT for almost 30 years. 'topher, as he prefers to be called, believes that technology should enable us to get work done more easily, giving us more time to grow. He started as a Help Desk Technician, and moved onto training, engineering, administrating and even budgeting. He prefers to avoid budgeting. When 'topher is not helping with IT needs, he can be found somewhere outside with his pack, his herd or even his flock... wherever his animals are, or tending to his garden.
Office Manager- Nielle Roselip Joins us with a background in Human Resources, Hospitality and Non-profit organizations. She is looking forward to stepping up her knowledge of IT and computer repair, while working with Alario Tech.
Nielle is committed to her friends, family, and community. She is based in Stowe, Vermont, and is very fortunate to call Wellfleet, Massachusetts, her home away from home; She enjoys spending time with her partner of 16 years and their 4-year-old son, traveling, exploring, gardening and learning about new things.
